Born out of the desire and passion to not just coach but to educate athletes of all levels to help them achieve their optimal per4mance while maintaining a balanced, happy and healthy life. We seek to work with highly motivated, driven and ‘performance’ mindset individuals who are determined to achieve their personal best – no matter what that looks like. Our training programs are dynamic, flexible, fully personalised and delivered weekly through Training Peaks. The service truly is dedicated to improving YOUR results.

Per4mance Package

$280/mthDesigned for both long course and short course multi-sports / triathlon / Ironman athletes who are looking for per4mance results. Whether that be achieving personal bests, podium finishes or world championship qualification. No matter your goals, my per4mance package will ensure you receive the personalised coaching, advice, support and education you need to achieve your results.

  • Program dynamic and flexible, scalable and adjustable
  • Periodised strength training program
  • Yoga, mobility & stability training program
  • Weekly virtual Coached sessions
  • Group training where available
  • In training performance testing
  • Personal heart rate, power zones and/or paces calculated and utilised to track progression and deliver personalised programming
  • Unlimited contact with your coach
  • Pre race planning including pace planning, mental preparation and race nutrition
  • Post race debrief and analysis
  • Season planning and reviews
  • Private Facebook group and support
  • Continued and ongoing education

Single Discipline Package

$220/mthDesigned for athletes focusing on a single sport (bike or run only) who want a detailed personalised program including testing, time trials and direct unlimited communication with their coach. Everything in the per4mance package, but focus is on single discipline of your choice.

Custom Training Program

$160/mthFor those who have a great grasp of training, managing their load, listening to their body and understanding programming progressions. We offer custom training plans based on your race goals and abilities. The custom training program is written especially for you, but it doesn’t come with the coaching support on a daily / weekly basis. This is much more than a ‘generic’ training program though, this still utilises the power of training peaks and performance measures to ensure you are getting the most from your training and the knowledge from our Head Coach.
  • INCLUDES:
  • Customised Coaching Program
  • Program delivered through Training Peaks (TP)* on a 2 weekly basis
  • Program scalability & ability for athlete to move / scale
  • Periodised strength training program
  • Yoga, mobility & stability training program
  • Weekly virtual Coached sessions
  • Group training where available
  • In training performance testing (athletes must have a garmin/GPS watch or similar)
  • Personal heart rate, power zones and/or paces calculated and utilised for programming
  • Private Facebook group and support
  • Continued and ongoing education

Supporting Membership

Just $30/mthDesigned for those who want to be part / remain a part of the CPC community, with access to our online support services, virtual coached training, group training, private facebook group, social events, education and more. The supporting membership is perfect for those taking a step back with their coaching but want to stay involved, or anyone simply wanting to stay connected and involved with the CPC community .

Terms & Conditions:
Athletes must also sign up to a premium Training Peaks account (excluding supporting membership)
The above prices are subject to change. If an athlete ceases / cancels a service and wishes to re-join at a later date, the athlete shall resume at the current program/ coaching price as listed on the website.
– Payment is via direct debit through our nominated direct debit provider
– Direct debit is deducted on or before the 1st of each month in advance
– Minimum of 3 month commitment is required when signing up
– If an athlete wishes to suspend their membership, they can do so by dropping down to our supporting membership $20/mth.
– If an athlete chooses to cancel their coaching/membership fully, a minimum of 4 weeks notice is required in writing to cancel programming and direct debit
